Nope, this one was a one-shot wonder, thrown in to make life a LOT more
interesting than it would have been otherwise, that's all. Of course, if
you really want to keep hitting the Cambodia facility over and over, then
you'll keep running into it. :)

The other one, on the other hand, has been around a while and is a "major
recurring villan" for me. This sucker's minor in comparison. Not in
power, but in threat.
