out of these past comments I believe is what >>GK<< was refereing to as
far as the list not being the same, I half tend to agree with him but
it's just some of the things you guys do. They just seem to IRK" the
hell out of us VETs, I mean the guys that have been with the list from
the jump to about 4-5 months after... a bunch of you have this thing
for killing the excitement on the list, not to down you guys or nothing,
but this thing with MAXIM, took toooo long. And some of us, sitting on
the sidelines being tuesday morning quarterbacks just sat back and
watched.
Maybe we should have said something then, but after the way some of
you reacted to a little "IC/OOC" critizism I beggan to wonder, like alot
of the people that now sit in silence contemplating if they should just
leave the list or stick it out. I figured I'd let everyone do their
thing and I'd talk about it after the fact. (that's what I'm doing now)

Now, mind you, I'm not trying to say I'm an expert and that I know
exactly how the list should run, but I do know that this isn't what the
GODS at MANKATO intended.

You guys restrict the imagination, you come on the list and 3-4 months
later you have these expert characters that have no reason to
run the shadows. CEO's posting threats to a pirate BBS, that is what
SHADOWLAND is by the way not some public government regulated,
AOL-COMPUSERVE-GENIE wanna be, the sys-ops don't care about the users
and what they do to decive each other or to harm each other, as long as
they don't fuck with the data and the medium upon wich it is being
distributed in. (their web of systems) Yall all trying to turn this into
AOL, and you don't know how frustrating this is.

I'm starting to ramble and I'm getting abit frustrated. I'm gonna leave
it at this and what ever comments you might have, please, make them
intelligent, we don't want to waste anymore bandwidth that we all ready
are.

Robert.
