Check out SHadowTec. There is a statement by the Corp doctor
talking to Bandit that mentions that the Bioware is grown in some form of
grown human. They cut out the part, and recycle the rest of it. If cloning
could be used for large scale army production, the corps would already be
generally using it. Though, no one ever explained if anyone ever tried to
wake up the "waste material".
