Well, yeah, but "odd" means a lot of things. It's probably safe to
say that enough people have gotten ahold of Cybertechnology to have
at least read it. Enough people in the sourcebooks mention Groden's
Tavern and somebody always seems to know what really happened, and
that document only got out to a few people before the server was
destroyed....
