Really? I would say it's munchkin if it gives anyone a disparate advantage
without commensurate penalty in terms of game balance (or rationality, either
one). If you look at the pattern established for Wired Reflexes, Wired 4
should probably cost 8 Essence. Move By Wire 4 is 6.45, and gives all the
same benefits PLUS four points of Quickness and four additional dice to
athletic tests. That is not game-balanced in my book....
Make its Essence cost greater and I might not protest so loudly. Cutting back
the Quickness bonus would also not be amiss (maybe to half a point per half
a level of Move by Wire).
