I myself created my entire characters from scratch before ever posting. I came
up with the stats, skill levels, initiate grade, contacts, what kinda equip
they have. I even created a background, both one for the entire list to know,
and a second one that varies slightly as to the real background of the
character. This way you can always drop those little surprises.
