Ok - I have been thinking about this off and on for a while now.
I think we really need to give *****NOT TO: the perminent boot.
It doesn't make sense at all, and corps could easily get past it by not using
their signature decks. Heck - the only way it could work is if someone is using
a corp deck and the message detects what corp they are from and decides to munch
itself instead of being read. And you could get past this using a decrypt or
something similar.

Its a good idea. The only problem I have is that there are just too many
*****PRIVATE messages. People would think that Shadowland is messaging service,
not a BBS.
