The mage clearly controls the deck via his control over the mind of the
decker. The situation is no different than taking over the mind of someone
riding a bicycle. So, by extention, Mind Control over a rigger would imply
control over the vehicle.
HOWEVER, this is not to say that the mage instantly gets the skills/attributes
of a decker/rigger. Instead, the mage gets to "command" the captive in a
similar manner to commanding a spirit, and the decker/rigger then takes
Actions at his own speed and in whatever way permitted by the Mind Control.
In other words, it is "suggestion", instead of "possession".
