Mark, how about this wording

"INTERNAL messages are for behind the scenes plot developement for
information that would not normally be posted to the ShadowLand board, but
would be a part of normal Matrix traffic"

This will allow for conversations for businesses/gov/orginizations as if
they were minutes being transferred to a HQ for storage, as well as satelite
linked coversations. It also effectively removes the half assed idea of
allowing watcher spirits (Usmondo was not a watcher spirit. Duh.) from
sending messages over shadowland, something that would be completely foreign
to them.

Now, for anyone whining about "but that limits what I can write" and "but
how can I get the information about my plots on?", well, deal with it.
There's always some way to get everything you want on on. Newsreports,
internal reports sent to "Mr. X" about whats going on, etc. It's easy if
you think about it. My god, Brian put over a hundred K about the Maxim run
on the list, I think did it three different ways, and all of them fell into
accepted catagories.

I find myself in agreement with Brian on something though, if I rubbed
anyone the wrong way, thats just too damn bad.
