The bulk of the info can be found in the Aztlan supplement. The spirits are
summoned by a blood sacrifice...the more sentient & magically active the
sacrifice, the higher Force the spirit can be. They can be made into greater
form just like other spirits. They need to "feed" Essence off of living
beings to maintain their Force level. They can also be made into allies and
become toxic as well.
According to the rules, and I quote " NO PLAYER CHARACTER CAN EVER CONJURE A
BLOOD SPIRIT". ( insert doom 'n gloom here. )
