There most certainly is going to be a writeup on this, and no, spells shy
of something like "makeover" are not considered costumes.
And for everyone's knowledge, there will probably be arch enemies of
various people there. Civility will be enforced if necessary. And if
free spirits want to come, Alemestra will be served for those capable of
embibing it safely and rationally. :) (FYI, in my game Alemestra is the
only alcahol which actually effects astral beings like spirits)
And yes, this does mean that if you want specific bad-guys to show up,
please tell me in advance, and how your characters will react to them, etc.
