IMHO, that condition would vary according to the spell. IN the example I
used, Joe Mage didn't learn a new formula, just cast a "Slay D-Z-Q" spell
and the Unique Enchantment merely "super-powered" it to take out all of
them.

HOwever, another spell that shifted people through time would have to be
learned as a new casting. Again, I think some would require a new formula
... others would simply require knowing a traditional spell formula.
