Be sure to put five ">" (greater than signs) followed by a "["
(left
bracket) to start the message, and a "]" (right bracket) followed by 5
"<"
(less than signs) at the end of the message.

Then for the Time/Date stamp it's five spaces, two dashes, a space, then
your name, one space, and the "<" and ">" around the Time/Date.

We've been through this already a few times, so I thought I should warn ya...:)
