I think this is a good idea, but GMT should be "standard" or
"default".

Normally it would be <hh:mm:ss/dd-mm-yy> as in 15-11-57, but this can be
easily be confused with the mm-dd-yy notation, and FASA used the three-letter
abbreviation in the London Sourcebook.
