Service Department (a service of Aegis Security, Inc.) police and
medical examiner reports. The first and third are from Special
Investigator Kevin Donoghue of the Paranormal Investigation Unit. The
second from the Boston Medical Examiner's office. The first and second
files refer to a single victim. The third compiles evidence from 4
different cases along with compelling evidence implicating Chief
Inspector Patrick Halloren, BPSD in all 4 of the cases.
Apparently, Special Investigator Donoghue is magically active and was
able to assense strong malevolent magic at the murder sites. The
reports conclude that since all of the elements of vampiric activity are
not present, these murders are ritual killings in service to some
particularly blood-thirsty totem.
