I think, and you know this is my own opinion, that it would be a good
idea to have the FAQ sent out to ALL new people so that they dont fall
between the cracks. Say, when they subscribe its right after the last
one went out, they flood us with crap, then whine when they get ejected.
You CAN say "Well, its in the FAQ" but that doesnt really cut it if you cannot
be 100% sure they recieved it.
