Yes. Bug City deals with the Containment Zone. It's really too much to
try and explain through plot-d. The nutshell version is that large
numbers of Insect spirits were found centered in Chicago, and after
destroying a major hive, the city was quarantined. There's a lot more to
it, but it's 1:30 AM and I've still got more work to do, so.. :-)
