It is supposed to be two posts, yes, one to Redshift and one matrix copy
to Stonewall. I use Stonewall as an information collector for Red
Shift, and source of current political, situation data in South and
Central America.

Basically, he runs something similar to Shadowland, but for Mercs.
Holding any information sent out by Mercs in this part of the continent,
for use by any incoming mercs. I wasn't sure quite how to deal with it,
but the internal tag seemed more appropriate for Red Shift, but
unsuitable for Stonewall.

Using a Private Header to Red Shift didn't seem suitable because it is
an internal matrix message to all who are involved, but weren't directly
present. I figured this was the easiest way to deal with it.

Any suggestions would of course be considered for a more efficient way
to deal with this.

Stonewall is based in Mexico, Red Shift at this time are in Southern
Mexico. Stonewalls BBS, is accessible from pretty much anywhere in the
UCAS, so can be accessed by people thinking of coming down to
South/Central America. It seemed more logical to have someone that can
feed information that would be important to mercenaries and other
visitors, and who would also collect information from the same people
for passing on.

Stonewall is aware of IF-1 and if he notices any activity from them,
will pass on any and all information that DA or other members of Red
Shift post. Which means it could become traffic in Seattle, Chicago or
wherever else anyone involved is.

Also, where the two teams have enemies, and these enemies are present,
an open header seemed totally unsuitable.
