OK, for all those who seem interested in hunting him.

He won't be an easy target.
Ex-Seal. Addicted to combat drugs, suffering CIRS, and a strong
sociopathic tendency. He also believes he is invincible. He can't be
killed, he has right on his side, and all those who follow the right
path are protected, and immortal. He has a mission. :)
Oh, in case I hadn't mentioned it, he's a bit nuts. :)
For those paying money, and for Mr. Bill. He's in Tarislar. (Though
the last post should make that fairly clear. He will be movinge back
into Redmond and Downtown at some point, but for now, he's in the
metahuman camp. (Aren't disguises wonderful) <g>
And by the way, he's also slightly crazy. :)
