Absolutely right. The whole reason PRIVATE was introduced in the
first place was to get rid of all the extra encryption crap that was
just cluttering the place up. PRIVATE messages should be considered
unbreakable, unless the person who posted or received it says
otherwise,
and then it is handled on a message by message basis.
