Well, considering that Val's entire magical group of some 20+ initiates
live on the premises.... Excluding the various free spirits who hang
around, or the street kids who are magically active, etc.

In the game I GM, Haven has the largest collection of magicians in Seattle,
and a good number of them are untrained kids. Of course, all that mana,
plus a rating 60+ hermetic circle/druidic circle/medicine lodge that also
happens to be alive(ie growing, not intelligent) acts as a magnet for
people like Aztech, who would love to build a pyramid atop Haven. My
characters are about to run into that problem, come January.
