advisors who deal with all of that for him on a
daily basis.
If things are moving enough that it seems the company could go under
they woudl likely decide to either ride it down (taxes) and take the
loss, or dump. Either way, I likely have less stock now than I did
a day ago.
We'd be curious to know if the SK lakey managed to get his 10%. That
might be something worth trying to block just to make sure the
company gets a chance before they are consumed by some large
corp.
