I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean "how do I get another
player to let me shoot at his player?", or do you mean "what kind of
shadowtk message do I send about it?". The answer to the former is "ask
him/her nicely", and to the latter is "however you want, as long as it's
within the normal s-tk format".
