Now, I've been trying to keep Maxim low profile for a while now. Wouldn't
this take Maxim out of the low profile and make it rapidly super-high
profile?

I'm not doing that yet. Maxim may become a little more visible for a
while, but this really isn't going to be another Nuke plot.
