It is. But it's not as trusting as you might think :) Think about the
wonderful things that you can do with monetary transfers, electronic
credit, even cash payments, and you might get some idea that although
the offer is there, it don't men that's it 100% guaranteed in pocket. :)
Besides, the mission is important to /it/, so it's willing to take a
chance. And after all, if Nomad welches on the deal, there's always
another assassin, and for a little extra Nomad might cease to have any
further interest in life. <snigger>
The logic used by Cat <twisted though it may be> Is that it believes
Nomad will see the amount of money, realise that this mission is
somewhat dangerous and accept that he's going to be in deep doodoo if
any kind of "thanks, I'll take the deposit and bye bye" occurs.
