C.I.N.T are a factual and real organsiation, or special operations unit
within the FBI. The Critical Incident Negotiation Team.

If anyone is interested in knowing more about this little group, let me
know and I'll post it to them. I haven't dumped it into the list on
this occassion because it only really affects Pauls and my characters,
and is a convenient tool to use in the current "Newbie" crisis.

However, I thought it worth mentioning at least, that they do exist and
offer information to any who are interested, just in case there were any
thoughts as to why the FBI would negotiate with Ares rather than the
Department of State.
