Sorry if I worried you, but I have no plans for a changling.
It was mearly a continuation of the train of thought for the character.
I was being different and roleplaying as to how far the list would
except shifters and thier abilities rather then come straight out and
ask on plot-d. I apologize for the misunderstanding.
But while I am here I may as well ask the list how far will shifters be
seperated from the books?
Case in point the bestial nature. (pg. 38 shadowrun companion)
Beyond just the animal instincts and such what about the way
the govt's treat them?

" Understandibly, most governments -- including the UCAS, CAS, and
California administrations -- do not grant shapeshifters metahuman
status. The NAN govt. accords more rights to shapeshifters, but boes
not recognize them as full citizens because of their inability to adhere
to metahuman rules and social mores. In nearly all cases, govt.
authorities do not hesitate to destroy criminal shapeshifters as they
would a rabid dog." ( same reference)

I understand that most of the shifters on the list were around before
the book came out but what about the newer ones (if any), and what
rules do they all go by? I am just trying to clear somethings up.
