No, we used a rule concerning people using major Astral Quests of different
kinds. They also incurred massive levels of aging as an additional form of
Drain....

Jeff, It's amazed that you don't understand Quest of Knowledge at all. It
-can- be used for things like Street Reps and the like, especially if directed
towards the Metaplanes of Man. "Biology", which includes Bio/Cyber
implantware knowledge, is also on the planes.
And in theory, with assensing, you are correct. However, you just go right on
ahead and think of the story however you want, and we'll continue with our
own.
