Brian, that's exactly what I was going for. Nail on the head.

Virtually anything is possible in SR's magic; it's just a matter of two
things: is it probable and does the end result justify the cost?

I think Awakenings or the Grimmy suggested that it would be possible to
turn the moon into cheese with magic. However, it isn't probable, and the
cost would be astronomical, far too high to justify the ends.

Hell, a Quest with a rating of 20 or something would qualify as practically
being an auto-failure for me, Mark.
