Actually, "savant" as in "idiot savant". An idiot savant is a person
who shows
enormous ability in something, but is mentally retarted in all other aspects
(Rain Man shows a good example).

A savant would therefore be someone who is incredibly great at something
beyond the scope of even those who are considered "masters."

Otaku, other kid deckers, kick ass 10 year old mages, 5 year old physads, etc.
