Got a slightly worrisome point that has been tugging at the corner of my
mind for a bit now...what sort of jurisdiction does SIGA have in Miami?
Miami being part of the Carib League, I wouldn't think that even the weak
Carib League government would allow foreign jack-booted police thugs to
work in their country. They probably wouldn't have any real power to
prevent it, but I would imagine, especially given the current situation,
that the Carib League would be screaming bloody blue murder about it. Not
only would every politico be shouting about it, but the papers would be
screaming it too, about how the UCAS is just trampling upon Carib League
sovereign rights.
Of course, you may have already explained it and I missed it, but I would
like to know how you are handling this part of the situation.
BTW, I loved the inclusion of the Romeo y Jullieta cigars. One of those
totally cool but off-handed details that makes a story. Supposed to be
good cigars too. Their Newport Beach store is my current favorite cigar
shop; great selection, great prices and a knowledgeable staff. About all
you could ask for in a store.
