Valentine is "local", but he's also a rallying point for pretty much all
the Seattle gangs. He's made his rep with the gangs by negotiating turf
conflicts where the two gangs both had too much to lose. He's something of
a Seattle hero, and he's largely responsible for turning a pretty large are
of Redmond around using nothing but donated money and a lot of volunteer
help.

Interesting idea. Unfortunately, the reason I have already set up for the
hit doesn't match. I just need a group to do the dirty work. Thanks for
the idea, though - I may use it in the future.
