Personally, I always thought that

looks more appealing than the caps versions that are the style in the
FAQ. I guess I have three reasons for saying that. 1) Personal taste.
2) My e-mail account already does the To: From: Subject: thing in a
mixed-case format, and I know from personal experience that it isn't
_THAT_ hard to code something like a format for a header however one
likes it. And 3) Caps tend to come across as shouting to me.
