For those characters who are following the progress of Killing Zone, I
have a non-shadowtk update on what is going on with the band. A lot of
this should be in the media, but since it isn't a directly a shadowtk
event, I figured it easier to bring here and then perhaps come up in
casual mention on the list if appropiate for various characters. Deuce
has already mentioned the Berlin concert once. (Normally, I would have
Ratspeak just speculate on what is going on, but the rodent is being
very quiet on any topic involving Nightmare.)

Still....

On the night of July 18th, Killing Zone will enter Berlin for the first
time. The club date is already sold out since they are opening for a
prominent German band (whose name I'm still working on -- suggestions
welcome). For the Berlin date, KZ has been actually give rights to
play a full set.

Baron Ravenwoond [Nightmare] is outraged at his step-brother's, William
[Blitzkrieg], career choice and the fact that he will be in Germany
again. (People who actually know Nightmare and Blitzkrieg sense that
the verbal sparring has changed nature and that something is seriously
ticking them off at this point -- it has definitely gone beyond acting
up the feud for sake of media attention.) Their verbal sparring has
been getting even more focus in German and British tabloids due to the
increased intensity.

In addition to the very important date in Berlin, the German band has
managed to get Killing Zone on the major European festival tour of the
summer. (I'm thinking of naming the festival "Legacy" although if the
word sounds cooler in another European language I will probably make it
that instead of English. Since my Northern European language skills
are rather poor, I will need someone to help me out if I'm going to
name it something other than "Legacy". Hint. Hint.)

As in the past, the band will help interested people (that they already
know in one way or another) get in even though it is techinically sold
out. Also, people could easily enough pick up scalped tickets for this
event.

Let me know if there are any others that are planning on attending. (A
good opportunity for European characters to meet in a fairly neutral
location.)

In addition, the rumormill (mostly caused by casual comments by various
band members) has it that they are already thinking of (and working on)
their second album. They have named it "Bloody Revelations" although
that may be subject to band's whim at a time closer to when it will be
released.
