would not be that complicated. Unless it is specifically mentioned in the
source books why could it not be an automated system, sort of like the bank
night deposit slots. Even if it isn't automated, Methos has a contact at
the morgue. Getting a body out of the morgue should therefore be no problem.
Second, no autopsy would be done if the cause of death was rather obvious,
like say, the top of their head blown off, or a great big basketball size
hole where the person's heart and lungs should be. Coincidently, that is
how Jett would die. Or even better, she would be blown up in a car
bomb/gas main exp, whatever, so that her body is so badly mangled she could
only be identified with dental records.. That has the advantage of only
requiring that the substitute body be only approximately the same size and
build. All other distinguishing marks would be lost.
No, I think this idea is still totally viable. the only place where it
would fail is if Jett has and cyberware that everyone else knows about that
would still be recognizable after the body is blown up. Slim chance of
that, I think. Jett would have to answer to be sure.
The idea also allows us to "get closer" to the people who are hunting Jett.
We can find out who they are and continue with an interesting plotline.
I really think this would work. realistically.
