While I've got a couple of storylines in mind at the moment, they're not
enormously interactive and they're also rather focussed on Washington
and military-political stuff: which is fine, but not really the focus of
this list.

There's another story on the back burner (guilty nod to Jeff) that's
interesting, but again not really open to others.


So, I'm asking for suggestions or ideas as to how to open the list back
out a little, so people can participate more easily. All sensible
suggestions considered...
