Can a Change of Plans card affect a team which is making a run on
Harlequin's Game. Harlequin's Game says that no special cards may be played
to affect a shdowrun against Harlequin's Game, but when Change of Plans is
played, are the runners already on a run (so the card can't be played) or
are they about to go on the run (so the text on Harlequin's game isn't in
effect yet...)

I am a beginner and I know that this is probably a question which has been
answered a million times, but it has caused a lot of confusion between me
and my friend.

Thanks for the answer guys

My call has always been that CoP can be played on H's Game, but that's
rather house-rulish. Speaking from the mechanics, the first step of the
shadowrun phase is choosing the Objective.

CoP can be played on H's Game, but that's

Boy, CoP (Change of Plans/Circle of Protection) brings back some ugly Magic
