Do to the recent influx of newbies and the fact I'm finding even the
vets are getting lax on such issues as personal trades going public,
HTML formatted posts and attachments hitting the list. I've decided to
go the next step.

I've asked nicely, I've given warnings, and it seems like these things
are becoming more frequent. Unfortunately unlike ShadowRN, we don't
have a colorful list.member.grumpy to more dramamtically make our point.

I'd like to appoint a few GridSecs to help police those that either
won't, don't or simply ignore the guidelines set forth in the FAQ.

Naturally Lady Jestyr and Dvixen already hold authority as they're
members of the SRCard Admin.

However, I'd like to offer the official title of SRCard GridSec to a
couple of more public and active members of the list. I've had quasi
offers to help on thh netiquette policing issue from Matb and Tony
Glinka. I'd like to deputize both if they'd be so inclined.

uhm....
Shouldn't this be a private email to Tony and Matb? :P j/k.

it says in section 3.14A, paragraph 2:
Any admin deputizing a non-admin should only send out a public message if
attacked by an Inferno Gerbil. This Inferno Gerbil will then be
sacrificed to Quetzalqo'atl on the night of the wholy juju bean that has
been passed through the bowels of the mighty Ehran the Scribe or any other
immortal elf, hell...I guess it could be any elven noble. Dreck, any old
elf will do. Actually, I don't think it really matters, just so it's
passed through someone's digestive track. I forget what I was talking
about.

later all...
