Hello all. I am trying to figure out how to type that special symbol, which
is the one that was used to signify nuyen, you know that funny looking "Y".
Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

So, you're tired of typing =Y= for the ¥ symbol??

If you are using a Windoze PC, it's either:

Alt + 157 (on the keypad)

or

Alt + 0165 (again, on the keypad)

Alternately, you can use the CharMap program to cut & paste a ¥ into your
documents.

Hope this helps,

--Fenris

Hold the alt key down then type 0165 and release the alt key...

Use the "Character Map" in "Accessories"

If you can't find it, this program may have been disabled to save
hard-drive space.
