Apologies if these have already been talked about. This is the first
chance I've had to check email this week so before I try to sort
through all the messages here I thought I would pass this on. Anyway,
here are the list of questions and [answers] I sent to Skuzzy:

- How many chips can a runner with a chip jack have?
[It depends on what chipjack the runner has. A chipjack 1 will allow
the user to have a single skillsoft in his possesion, while a chipjack
3 would allow a runner to have up to 3 skillsofts.]

Are the skilsofts similar to ammo for the pistols, you can have as
many as you want but only use the number up to the chipjack rating at
a time? [No, we tried that but it caused some problems so it was
decided that a runner can only have a number of skillsofts in his
possesion equal to the rating of the chipjack.]

There goes another good idea for a deck :(

- On the page http://www.interware.it/shadowrun/srtcg/intro.htm you
mention Hatchetman is a prime runner. Is that true or a typo?
[There are 2 hatchetman cards, one is a standard runner and the other
(hatchetman 2057) is a unique prime runner promo card.]

- When using runners with guard, I have the option of whether or not
the
guard runner takes the damage, or the original runner, right?
[yes, you decide when you want to use the guard ability.]
Also, what happens if I have 2 guards? Can I divide the damage
between them,or does one take all he can and the other takes the rest,
with any left over going to the original target? [your second idea is
correct.]

- Why is Browse so cheap for what it does? All the other cards that
allow you to look at challenges either cost something (3Y for Corp.
Secretary, or turning the runner for recon, etc) or are specials.
Once Browse is in place though it's there to stay (unless another
runner trashes it).
[It's cheaper because it requires multiple cards to be used (ie; a
decker and the program). Once you start lookin at multiple card combos
the card cost will drop slightly. Deckers are intended to be masters
at that sort of thing so it's sort of one of their 'perks' in the
game.]

I believe most were answered before, but now we have the "official"
response.

Thanks
Forrest
