ok, this came up at a game a while ago.
I shove a chipjack 1 onto gore-tusk (anti-social), next turn I draw a
social skillsoft. I place it on gore-tusk, or any anti-social dude for
that matter. I put him on a run with say... Yak Attack with 2 copys of
somebody with social.
What happens?

My take on this would be that anti-social is a personality trait while
social is a skill. The one does not offset the other. No matter what your
knowledge of the social graces are, if you don't have the personality to
apply it, it won't work for you. Therefore, for the example in question,
the alarm is triggered.

Gore-tusk triggers the alarm. It doesn't matter how much social he or
any other runners with him has, if it's a personnel challenge
requiring any amount of social (which is why I love these on
Ragnarock) then Anti-Social Runners trip the alarm.

Here's the entry from the RBT:

Anti-social: If a Runner with the Anti-social trait is present during
a shadowrun, the shadowrunning team automatically fails to sleaze any
Challenge with a Social sleaze requirement. The alarm is triggered for
the remainder of the run.
