That's not a bad idea. You have atleast a 50/50 chance of making what
you would usually get with a shot at getting more :-) Or course, with
the way I usually roll dice I doubt I would play with this card ;-)
So how does this sound though:
Shakey Investements

2Y
During the credstick if you decide to take Y instead of drawing cards,
roll a d6. You get the amount of Y equal to the roll instead of the
usual 4Y. This is your base pay, add in any other money generating
effects (such as runners with fame) as usual.

I can't speak for Blood Debt (since I can't recall what it did off
hand), but Black Credstick just requires that a token be put on it
everytime gear is played on the runner with it. I guess I didn't word
it clearly enough. I'll attempt to clean it up a bit.
