Here's the situation : my opponent has a Fastjack with a Black Hammer on
him. He decides to use the program to attack my decker. Since I want to
keep him alive, I play a Whoops! on his decking skill, making drop his
attack value to 1+D6 (instead of 5+D6). Is this a legal move ??

I would say Yes, for Whoops! is the effect of one turn.

Acutally, if you Whoops FJ, he shouldn't even be able to attack you as he can
only use a number of programs equal to his decking skill, which is now a zero.

I have a feeling that I'm wrong about this one, but I think it would actually end the
combat (much like a GAQ). If a rigger is using a drone and you Whoops! his piloting, he
replaces the drone in combat because he can no longer operate the drone. I would think
that the same would apply to the decker. Since he no longer has a decking skill, he can't
use the Black Hammer program anymore, and without the Black Hammer, there is no combat.

You're right on this one, but what about timing ?? Since BH is played,
can I still use my Whoops! ??
