<Sigh>. Another blunder by our wonderful legal system. I just looked
over the patent and it's ridiculous. Granting WotC a patent on
Collectible Trading Card Games is like granting TSR a patent on RPGs or
granting a patent on board games to Parker Brothers! It's silly. If
anybody has the money to challenge it (which I doubt), I'll bet it could
be overturned.

Just one more chapter in the tale of how a little game company on the
west coast of the U.S. became a horrifyingly big CORPORATION that is the
embodiment of every bad connotation of that word. WotC: bah!

I'd rather see the CCG industry disappear altogether then see them earn
one cent of the money made from their competition in the CCG market!
