I have several rare cards in mint, but the the stats of the card are moved
upward, like the cutter, misplaced the acrd when cut. What is the reduction
in collectibility for these?

Absolutely worthless -- better to have bought confetti. :)

No, seriously, it depends on how far off the cards have been cut. If
you're talking an eighth of an inch or less, there's a negligible
difference; if the 'frame' or the card illustration is riding the
border, though, it's not very usable. (Since the backing is centered on
the card 'frame', this means the 'S' will be misplaecd as well, which
makes it a marked card - badbad.)

I've had good luck sending miscuts back to FASA and getting, if not an
exact replacement, a number of good cards to make up the loss.
