Ok, update on the message.

All prices were quoted in Australian, and last I looked, it was something
like US$0.60 to AUS$1, which translates roughly to like $30 a box. <grin>

Shipping to US (seems I hit a huge market here...) per box seems to be
around AUS$10-$15, I'd have to check further if people are interested. A
suggestion: if a few of you guys live close by, or can group up for a
single postage charge, it'll save money, and I can ship it to one address,
and you guys can fight over who has what box. <grin>

It looks like he has one box of starters left, multiple boosters. I also
have to check this, as my group has booked 2 boxes of starters (playing
Sealed Deck / Sealed Drafts) plus booster boxes.

I don't really want to hold his stock back, so I have to do a "first money
coming through means you get the goods" policy, and send the rest of the
requests back.

Please don't send cheques, I have to waste like $10 to cash them here.
Send cash in either AUS or US Dollars if at all possible - I don't mind
US$, as I may be there end of this year anyway. Oh, if you're talking
trust, Australia Post trusts me to run their Post Office at The University
of Sydney, so I'm not about to risk my job for a couple of bucks. <grin>
Rep is everything, eh? <grin>

james

PS: If anyone misses out, I may be able to swing a few more boxes off
another guy... but that's going to be another story.

Okay just read your other email, about pricing. If you could put me down for a
box of boosters please. I am also looking for the singles of Doc wagon
Platinum, Heavy Armor Full, Cyber Psyhcosis, and Flatline (Promo). Let me know
a total price and I can have it to you in the mail the day i get a response.

Thanks

To date, there are 11 boxes of boosters, 3 boxes of starters. I'm trying
to see if any other shops wish to get rid of some stock also. <grin>

Each box weighs roughly 2kg, so I'm factoring that as the weigh when I
post it.

I talked to the bank today. If I bank a foreign check/cheque, it will cost
me A$10 *at least*, could go higher than A$30 if the bank has collection
problems. I really don't want to do this. Not only do I not have a fixed
rate to factor in, I am going to have to go to all this trouble, and await
clearance. International Money Orders get the same treatment at the bank,
and I am also reluctant to do so.

As it stands, this is the offer. I'll pack and seal the boxes, no charge.

Cost per box: $50
Postage cost: $20 (weighs about 2kg)

You have 2 choices, payment in Australian Dollars of $70, or payment in US
Dollars of $44. It's a rough estimate of what the value is, and what he'll
accept. I will accept cash in either currency, or bank drafts drawn on
Australian Banks that I don't have to pay bank charges for, in Australian
Dollars *only*. This will probably cost you and not make it worthwhile,
but it's your funeral.

All remittances to:

James Chao
Manager
Post Office
Sydney University NSW 2006
Australia

This will be first come, first served. Previous attempts at holding goods
for people have made for embarassing situations, and he really wants to
get rid of stuff fast. All money received after the stock is gone will be
sent back, unused/cashed. I *am* trying to get hold of more boxes, but
it's up in the air at the moment. Please state boosters or starters, and
whether you are willing to accept a substitute of the other kind if the
preferred one runs out.

That's it folks. Any communications, please email me directly or I'm
liable to get flames from non-interested parties. <grin> If you do not
trust my honesty or integrity, do not send me any payments. I do not wish
to participate in any mudslinging matches. You have my word, and if my
word is not good enough for you, don't deal with me. God Rules apply (as
per my auctions). <grin>
