I have a question.

Block party stops you from making Shadowruns, but would it stop you from using
Fuchi?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

***I don't think so, because going to fuchi is visiting a location and it
does take place of a shadowrun, but is not a shadowrun itself. If block
party said skip your shadowrun phase, then it might stop a visit to fuchi,
other than that, I think you can still "visit" fuchi.
