Hi all!
Challenge questions that arouse from last night's play

1. Security Consultant says "If there is no challenge [on your own object=
ive]
on this objective then the shadowrun is over. Does this mean the runners=

return to the safehouse with no rep points or that they get the rep points =
from
that objective?

2. If an objective has three challenges and a player sleazes (deals with)=
two
but fails to gain the objective, can the other player top up the challenges=
to
three again?

3. When Funhouse is met, is the player allowed to trash any gear/matrix/e=
tc
anywhere on the table or in his/her hand or only those on the shadowrunning=

team?

Comments would be appreciated.

Other points
a) Rockers are great. Hey I went on the rocker shadowrun with Thrash (wh=
o
reminds me of beavis and butthead) and Kromagnus(Who reminds me of a FAT ba=
nd
manager. BTW There was an Australian Band that did a song called Kromagnu=
s
Man.). Unfortuantely they were didn't get Mob War.
b) Has anyone made Decker/Mage/Sam/etc decks and played with them? Althoug=
h
you can focus your gear with such decks you may have trouble sleazing
challenges.

The shadowrun ended at that point. They did not reach the objective
and thus did not get any rep.

Yes, during the legwork of their upcoming turn. (And providing this is
a two player game, so they are allowed a norm of three challenges per
objective. :o)

I would think it has to be a gear card that is present with the
shadowrunning team.

And are freely given.

Nope, they don't. Shadowrun is over, Security Consultant is Trashed,
and the Runners return to SAfehouse.

Gear attached to a Runner team member on the Shadowrun; just makes it a
little more dangerous for those Deckers to go on a run.

A St. Sam deck works well, if you can't sleaze the Challenges, you can
usually overpower and defeat them. I tried an Elven deck, and it was
too diversified (and the Runners too weak) to deal with all the
challenges and objectives. A Mage deck works pretty well, and I am of
the opinion that a Troll or Ork deck would work good, too. Tough to
get a good Gear mix for all Runners involved, though.
