Subject: Cleans the hive question

Hoi,

The answer to this question will greatly effect my current
deck idea. So I will be watching for all answers.

Cleans the Hive is a challenge converter. It changes things into
bug spirits. And at the end you have a requirement to fight an ant
spirit of 11/11 (A3) Now it also states that you treat all spirits as
awakened. Now I know that I can use invisability/stun gloves/sleep on
the challenges, but can I use them on the big nasty bug at the end. It
called it a spirit and the card text says treat ALL spirits as awakened.
A few well placed stungloves and sleep spells and thats almost an easy
40 rep. Do that twice and you win a 80 point game. Its also the sort
of thing that would keep bully decks away because those bugs really
hurt. So what do you think? Can I use a spell or gear that effects
awakened creatures to take out the nasty bug at the end?

Sorry to disappoint you, but only the challenges are treated like awakened
beings. Same goes for Cermak Blast.

The answer is no. The sleep and invisibility says sleaze awakened, etc
challenge, and stungloves says trash challenge.
