I like this one. Because the cost to trash the card does not mean that the
challenge is bought off. A good little stinger to inconvenience a
shadowrunning team. I would probably add a cost, though. Something like 2
Nuyen would be fair. If you've got a potential of killing some runners, it
should cost on both sides.
Also, if the team has to fight instead of sleaze, does this card cause the
alarm to be triggered?

Ouch. These two cards compliment each other pretty well. Yin for Yang.
This can really throw off a big-bruiser team, whereas the other card can
really potentially inflict pain on a sleazing team. A little something for
everyone, right? I would probably stick a low cost, like 2 Nuyen on this
one as well. To keep 'em consistent.
But a question does come to mind. If the alarm has been previously
triggered, does this still allow a shadowrunning team to sleaze a currently
faced challenge? If not, then this is a great way to stop a shadowrun cold.
